S430 FLOW AND CONSUMPTION SENSOR FOR WET COMPRESSED AIR (PITOT TUBE FLOW METER)

The S430 is based on the pitot tube principle to measure the flow in your compressed air system. Properly installed (refer to instruction manual for details) the sensor can measure in wet and dirty gases as occurring, for example, at the discharge of a compressor.

S460 ULTRASONIC FLOW METER FOR WATER AND OTHER LIQUIDS

The S460 ultrasonic flow meter uses the proven clamp-on transit-time correlation technique. The ultrasonic transducers are simply clamped onto the outside of the pipe and never come in contact with the fluid.

Refrigeration dryers are among the dryers in compressed air treatment most commonly used. If the required drying is not achieved, the impact of wet air can be serious: Rust in the pipes, failures of machines , and a negative impact on product quality. SUTO offers with the S305 a measuring device for dew point monitoring that kicks in alarm indications when drying values are not within the desired range.

S505 DEW POINT METER FOR COMPRESSED AIR AND GASES (-100 … +50 °C TD)

With the S505 SUTO has combined next generation measurement technology with modern user interface design. The experienced user knows that dew point measurement also requires the measurement of line pressure (according to ISO 8573), since dew point is pressure dependent. With the S505 the line pressure is measured in combination with the dew point, so the user can be confident that the calculation is accurate and free from human error.

S330 / S331 from SUTO is a very powerful yet cost effective new data logger and display solution. S110 POWER METER FOR COMPRESSOR EFFICIENCY MEASUREMENTS

The SUTO “Power Meters” are designed for easy installation and high accuracy. It measures the actual power consumption in kW and accumulates the energy consumption in kWh of a 3-phase load. Additionally other measured parameters such as current, voltage, cos phi etc are available as well. Through 3 rogowski coil sensors the current is sensed. Hat rail, wall mountable and portable versions are available.

CURRENT CLAMP SENSOR

The SUTO “Miniflex 1000 current clamp sensor” is an AC RMS current sensor composed of a flexible active part (Rogowski coil model) connected to a compact digital converter, capable of measuring the current carried on a power conductor up to a value of 1000 Aac.

S400 FLOW/CONSUMPTION SENSOR (NO LONGER AVAILABLE - S401 SUCESSOR)

The S400 flow sensor is available in two measuring ranges: S400-S (standard range) and S400-M (max range). The unit can be ordered with and without local display. The version with display shows the volumetric flow and the total compressed air consumption. Via the keyboard tube diameters and the consumption counter can be set. Every flow meter includes an analogue output (4 … 20mA) for flow and a pulse output for the consumption counter.

S420 FLOW/CONSUMPTION SENSOR (NO LONGER AVAILABLE - S421 SUCESSOR)

The S420 can be removed from the compressed air or gas line easily for calibration or exchange purposes. The opening can be closed with the optional closing cap (see order information). This is a special advantage as most flow meters on the market require an expensive bypass line in such a case. The re-installation of the measurement device is simple as the sensor unit fits into the pipe section only in one position. NEW: The design of S420 enables the removal of the “measuring device” without any dismounting of the measuring section.
